Individual counseling allows more time to be spent solely on issues that are preventing positive change. I pledge to aid you in expanding options, identifying the positive choices, overcoming obstacles, and viewing yourself in a more confident light.
Problems commonly addressed:
A variety of issues and problems are addressed in my practice. Issues such as body image, loneliness, addiction, abuse, and trauma all cause stress and anxiety that holds you back from truly enjoying yourself and living your best life. Some problems are short-term situations that can be easily addressed in a few therapy sessions, while other difficulties run deeper with more lasting effects (childhood wounds, phobias, etc...) and may require more attention. You play an integral role in getting yourself to become more productive and more satisfied with your life. Together we will work as a team to explore the issues in your life that are preventing you from enjoying satisfying relationships and stunting your own personal growth.
